Free Ways to Gain More Likes On Your Facebook Business Page

February 19, 2019 by Ian Leave a Comment

It holds true that companies across the world use social media to advertise services and products online. And regardless of the many social networks and platforms, Facebook remains the hottest platform for business owners. Considering the billions of active monthly users, it only makes sense for business, companies, and brands to tap to this kind of reach. Sure, it can be challenging to increase your page’s likes, but the effort you will be making is undoubtedly worthwhile.

Most marketers know that increasing page likes on Facebook can be done through the social media giant’s ad platform. However, there are plenty of free ways to gain likes on your Facebook business page. Some of these strategies are meant to increase your organic post reach, which can lead to the natural growth of your page’s audience.

#1. Always Use Strong Images

Not only are you going to use images that are interesting and relevant, but they must also look crisp and professional. For instance, you are discussing the idea of buying and selling banner ads like on platforms such as Bannerbit.com. In order to make the content more appealing to your followers, try to incorporate an image that displays the mention qualities, i.e., product related, sticking out, eye-catching.

The same thing can be said if you are selling clothes online. It is imperative that the images you use should portray the items in a captivating way. Keep in mind that people are more attracted to images, as they are simply more enticing than plain text.

#2. Give Your Audience Something Personal

This is one of the best free ways to gain likes on your Facebook business page. It cannot be denied that your personal profile and your business profile are two separated things, but why not add a personal touch, information or even a story related to your business, product, or service to your page or a specific post? Apparently, there’s something compelling about throwing in a post and letting your audience know about a relatable individual/s behind your company or business. Let’s say you run a family-owned restaurant. You can try posting a picture of a family member’s birthday celebration alongside a short message about who he or she is. Make sure to make the post’s text more emotional, so that the message can be conveyed more effectively.

#3. Connect to Your Audience

There is a reason why Facebook exists, and it’s to connect with people all around the world. That’s why it is a very useful platform for businesses and companies to reach current and potential customers. If you want to use social media to advertise services and products, then the platform is the best way to go. There are a handful of ways to do this. For starters, you must respond to comments, questions or any complaints people post on your page. They would feel more connected knowing that someone is there to cater to their inquiries.

Also, you can try to make an attempt to be more personal. For example, one of your followers is celebrating his/her birthday or anniversary. You can either send him/her a message or post a greeting on his profile.
