Number of different supplements for inflammation

September 28, 2020 by Ian Leave a Comment

In the world today the list could go on for the amount of supplements that can be taken for anti-inflammation in the body. The list would contain everywhere from over-the-counter medications to all natural supplements that are found in nature that have been turned into things that help inflammation. Today we’re gonna focus on the natural supplements that can be taken for anti-inflammation. We’re going to speak on four of these today and just speak a little bit on which each one has to offer a person. Inflammation occurs on joints in the body, sometimes to the point of causing immobility in a person. It can be caused in response to trauma, illness, or stress. Two of the causes on that list seem very black and white, but not many people realize that stress can actually cause inflammation, this is very scary because many people will go through stress and think they have some horrible illness, when in reality they just have too much on their plate. Stress is very scary in that aspect, people can go with unresolved stress for such long periods of time that they actually develop an illness that can be very problematic to the body and soul. Inflammation can also be caused by unhealthy eating styles as well as unhealthy lifestyle decisions. Before diving into the supplements that can help with inflammation, a few methods that people use to rid or slow it down are anti inflammatory foods, lots of exercise, good sleep, and stress management. Let’s get started on the number of different anti inflammatory supplements that can be taken for inflammation, we will only speak on a few as there are hundreds, even thousands of them.

The first supplement on the list is Alpha-Lipoic Acid and it is an acid that is made within the body. It has to do with energy and metabolism in the body. Studies have shown that in some cases it can work as an antioxidant, as well as decrease inflammation in the body, while also working on the helping of blood flow and important nutrients in blood. There are no known side effects if taken in the correct dosage.

The next supplement is fish oil, and these contain omega-3 amino acids, which can be extremely beneficial to the health of a person. They can decrease inflammation that has to do with specific conditions on the body relating to that of the heart, cancer, and diabetes. Only known side effects are that it can thin the blood at high doses.

Ginger root is the third supplement that we can speak about for inflammation. Ginger has been known to help in many different aspects of a person’s health, ranging from helping women with cancer, to helping people with diabetes. Studies have shown that ginger root can reduce soreness as well as reduce inflammation. There are no known side effects when it comes to using ginger root.

Reservatrol is the last supplement we will be speaking on today. It is found in blueberries and other fruits and is known to be an antioxidant. It has been known to help with cancer, inflammation, and many different stomach conditions. It is found in red wine due to the fact that it is found in grapes, and many people have heard of the age old testament that a glass of red wine a day keeps the doctors away! Now I am not speaking on the factual evidence of this theory, but the reservatrol found in grapes is known to be a helpful antioxidant in terms of health for the heart.

These few supplements are just meant to give a basis idea on what different types of supplements can be taken for inflammation. Of course, a person should for sure research extensively on different supplements before beginning a regime of a specific one. There are hundreds of different supplements that can be taken for an array of different problems with health, including inflammation, it’s just important that you find which one works correctly with you.
